UNIQUE STORY
Hotel Lulu abandons the conventions of the hotel for something that feels like a lavish estate or village filled with authentic Round Top history and inspiration around every corner. The property is situated on 2 acres among 8 historic bungalows with beauty around every corner.
Each of our 14 guest rooms has been uniquely adorned and decorated with antique and vintage pieces from the world renowned antiques festival hosted in Round Top three times a year. All rooms and suites include Le Labo toiletries, a flat-screen television with access to streaming services, Tivoli bluetooth speaker, wireless phone charger, complimentary wifi, Frette linens, French press and electric kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, a small refrigerator and mini bar, air conditioning, robes, a hair dryer, clothes steamer and 111skin beauty bar.

PICCOLA TWINS
Located upstairs in the historic former residence of Faith Bybee, we have two Piccola rooms perfect for travelers who needs a little less space but all of the charm Hotel Lulu provides. This room sleeps two in two twin beds in a 225 square foot room with a private en suite bathroom. There is no elevator on our historic property.
PICCOLA DOUBLE
Located upstairs in the historic former residence of Faith Bybee, the Piccola Full is perfect for a solo traveler. This room sleeps up to two in a full bed in a 225 square foot with a private en suite bathroom. There is no elevator on our historic property.
STUDIO KING
The Studio King is 200 square feet, sleeps two in a king bed and features an efficient mix of custom and antique furniture sourced from the annual festival.
STUDIO GRANDE KING
The Studio Grande King is 250 square feet, sleeps two in a king bed and features a private porch overlooking the pool and herb garden.
CLASSICA GRANDE KING
Our two Grande King rooms are 400 square feet, sleep two in a king bed and features soaring high ceilings, dining area, and private porch overlooking the formal garden.
CLASSICA KING
The Classica King is 350 square feet, sleeps two in a king bed and features a generous seating area, spacious bathroom, high ceilings, large windows overlooking the formal garden and a large communal porch.
SUITES
AMANTI SUITE
The Amanti Suite is for lovers! Secluded in it’s own bungalow with a private porch a soaking tub, and a large living area this suite provides privacy and sun-soaked mornings. This room sleeps two in one king bed in a 400 square foot room with a private en suite bathroom.
GRANDE SUITE
Our two Grande Suites provide a King Bed in the primary bedding and a smaller napping room with a twin bed perfect for a third guest or an afternoon nap. These suites sleep a maximum of three occupants in 400 square feet with formal living areas and an ensuite bathroom.
GRANDIOSA SUITE
Our singular two-bedroom suite is perfect for three to four guests outfitted with a king bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other. The 500 square foot suite features a single en-suite bathroom and a 400 square foot private porch perfect for enjoying an afternoon breeze and glass of wine with the group. With both an indoor and outdoor dining area, the Grandiosa Suite is great for groups who want to maximize their time on the property.
LUXURY GRANDE SUITE
Our most exclusive suite on the West Grounds of our property, the Luxury Grande Suite has been carefully designed and decorated for an inspirerd retreat. The 525 square foot suite features a formal writing desk, living area, king bed and additional napping room with a twin-bed. The private porch offers an outdoor dining space in addition to a porch-swing. If you are celebrating a special occasion or simply want an unforgettable retreat from the city—this is the suite for you.
