Antique Show Reservations
Every October and March, the largest antiques festival in the world brings tens of thousands of people from around the world to shop for antique and vintage furniture, objects, clothing and more. Celebrity designers, international collectors, and design enthusiasts flock to the town of Round Top to hunt for treasure.
As the only hotel in downtown Round Top with luxury accommodations in addition to a restaurant and hotel bar on site—Hotel Lulu is honored to be one of the most coveted lodging options during the shows. We open reservations approximately 4 months in advance of each show and announce the release date exclusively to members of our mailing list—join here. Approximately one week prior to the release of show reservations, our staff will send an email to our mailing list announcing the exact date and time that reservations are available.
Priority booking will begin with 3-night minimums for the first two weeks and then open for 2- night stays. We do not accept partial cancellations once a reservation is made and reservations are non-transferable. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your reservation, our normal cancellation policy applies to all reservations until September 15 for the Fall Show and February 15 for the Spring Show. After September 15/February 15 all reservations are non-refundable without exception.
All reservations for the shows need to be booked online, however our staff is available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.
As A Friendly Reminder
Maximum occupancies are to be respected by all guests. Occupants exceeding the stated maximum occupancy for a room will be charged at a rate of $175 per night to the card on file without exception. We do not provide roll away beds or additional bedding for air mattresses as guests exceeding the maximum occupancy are violating our occupancy guidelines.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.
We cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures during the Spring or Fall show.
Absolutely No Smoking inside rooms or on the property; a cleaning fee of $1500 will be assessed for any room showing evidence of smoking.
Pets are not allowed, no exceptions. Blatant disregard and violations of the pet policy will result in a $1200 cleaning fee.
Hotel Lulu is a small and private property and we have implemented these policies to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Violation of these policies will result in additional fees where noted and in some cases we will disable your access to booking future reservations at Hotel Lulu.Join Our Newsetter
